The 35 foot FatMax Xtreme Tape Rule boasts an unprecedented 13 feet of tape standout. Its specially designed hook, which is 150 Percent larger than traditional Stanley tapes, grabs materials on the side, top or bottom for ultimate job versatility. To simplify framing jobs, the bright yellow, easy-to-read blade provides 16-Inch and 19.2-Inch stud center markings for fast and easy measurements. This 1-1/4-Inch tape is wrapped in Mylar polyester film, a high-visibility coating, which is significantly more visible in low-light situations. Moreover, its first six-Inches are coated with a patented BladeArmor coating for extended life (up to two times longer life compared to previous Stanley models) and reduced breakage on the most critical part of the blade.
